I have had the good fortunate to team teach with Doris Pearlman, MIRM. In my humble opinion Doris is one of the best instructors in NAHB; an extraordinary teacher, facilitator and communicator. Students always come away with an abundance of knowledge and insight in the world of marketing new homes through the eyes of one of our nations most prestigious merchandisers. To attend one of her classes is a real joy.

I'd like to thank you and your staff for all the work you did in decorating our Foxwood Farms Chelsea Model.  It is truly beautiful.  We have had more compliments on this particular home than I can remember.  The feeling we tried to create apparently has worked.  The buyers feel as if they can move right in and have expressed how nice it is to actually be able to picture themselves living in our model.  Kudos to you all.

Doris, I appreciate that you and your staff did not get offended when we made suggestions but rather they ran with them!  I have never found a more enjoyable decorating experience.  The ease of your staff and the workmanship is impeccable.  You were on time and finished the job when you had predicted, I have to thank you for that it certainly made our lives a little easier.

I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to both you and Laura Sidwell for the outstanding job of decorating the Los Gatos Model.  As you know, sale prices at Norris Canyon Estates are $2,500,000 and up.  Our buyers can be very sophisticated and demanding.  I needed the Los Gatos model to really pop and excite and it really does.  My Sales Manager informs me that in general, visitor comments range from “understated elegance to Wow”.

I also appreciate the seamless and professional communication between Laura and our staff throughout the process.  The follow up was also outstanding.
