Make sure you DO NOT have pop up windows blocked on your computer or you will not be able to view the helmet size chart, the helmet paint color chart, or the helmet design images below.
Design your own airbrushed batting helmet by giving us the background, design for each side, paint color, batting helmet color, player and/or team name.
Reference the charts below for batting helmet sizes, colors, paint colors, and available designs. Click on the smaller images to enlarge them in another window.
In the 'design colors' text field please type 2-4 colors you'd like used as the main colors for your airbrushed batting helmet. The a paint color chart is provided below.
Please specify which color you want your ball design to be by selecting white baseball or yellow softball from the 'ball color' option menu. If you don't select any designs that have softballs or baseballs in them you can select 'not applicable' or leave it at the default.
Only one name is included in the base price on the airbrushed batting helmet. More names can be added, simply select "additional name" for the area of the helmet that you want the additional name. For example, you may want the team name on front and player's name on back. Select "name" for back design, "Additional name" for front design, then tell us in the "other information" area what name is the additional name. Select "lettering style" from the drop down menu. If you're uncertain it's recommended that you select 'artist's choice' as some styles work better than others depending upon location and the length of the name.
If you wish to supply your own helmet, select "supplying own helmet" from the helmet size option. Price will be reduced to reflect this option. You should send a copy of your order or a note with your name and address and order number to MecaBrush, 77 County House Circle, Carthage TN 37030. If sending your own helmet remove face guard before you mail it. Face guards have to be removed before helmet can be painted and add to shipping costs. If you send helmet with faceguard attached you will be billed an additional $15 for shipping, face guard removal and reattachment.
The options available are in drop down lists. Click the arrow to expand the list, highlight & click your choice. Price per option is shown in the list. Total will be calculated when you add to cart.
IMPORTANT: if you're selecting a helmet with a ponytail hole it's best to have lettering such as a name or team name, or no design at all on back. Designs like 'angel wing ball' won't work on back of a helmet with a ponytail hole in it.
Because the helmet is completely custom and one of a kind it won't be painted by our artist until after you've ordered so there are no previews available. It is important that you have double checked all the information, options, and spelling to insure you get the custom airbrushed batting helmet you want! Yours will be as unique as you are and the only one!
